The Lord of Life became anathema to his own created beings in order to save them from their sin…
Hebrews 13:11-13 The bodies of the animals whose blood the high priest brings into the sanctuary as a sin offering are burned outside the camp. Therefore, Jesus also suffered outside the gate, to consecrate the people by his own blood. Let us then go to him outside the camp, bearing the reproach that he bore.
“My child, the Lord of Life became anathema to his own created beings in order to save them from their sin. Put to death in a forsaken place, he shed his blood on the altar of the cross, once for all, so that all might be forgiven. You too have been made pure in his blood. Therefore reject evil and embrace the sacraments, those channels of grace I have given to my children. My child, do not delay, but enter into this grace and be strong and free.”
Lord your graces are my strength and freedom. Grant that I might always live for you and love you in the sacraments. Lord Jesus, I love you. Amen.
