Let me fill you with my light, my peace, my abiding joy…
Psalm 95: 7-8 O that today you would hearken to his voice! Harden not your hearts.
“My children, your work and prayer is pleasing to me. Let me fill you with my light. Let my light pour forth, spilling out your every pore. The world is dark and I have great need of willing workers, light-bearers, Christ-bearers who can illuminate the hearts of those whose hearts are steeped in darkness.
“My children, return to me! ‘O that today you would listen to his voice. Harden not your hearts!’ Beloved ones draw near. I am so near, just waiting for you to reach out your hand. Let me fill you with my light, my peace, my abiding joy. Let me do this. Oh my children, I long for it!”
Jesus, open our hearts to your light that we may become light-bearers, and bring you to the world. May your light spill out our every pore for the sake of the souls you long to save. Here I am Lord, I come to live in your will. Save souls!
