Make use of the time you have left to reconcile yourselves with God and your neighbor…
Jeremiah 11:11 Therefore, thus says the LORD: See, I bring upon them misfortune which they cannot escape. Though they cry out to me, I will not listen to them.
“Children, the hour of mercy is fast drawing to a close. Run, my children, into the endless font of my mercy while there is still time. Do not delay, but make use of the time you have left to reconcile yourselves with God and your neighbor. What a wailing will come from the earth! Never before has such a wailing been heard. Draw near to me my children. Run to my Mother, the quickest way to my heart.”
Jesus, Beloved, for the sake of your Mother and the souls she loves so much, have mercy on us all. May every soul immerse themselves in the font of your mercy. You are our only hope. Mother of God help us. Jesus we trust in you. Amen.

Dear Jesus and Mary, soften all of our hearts so we may have YOUR merciful love fully in them. Clear all hearts of negativity, pain, anger, hurt and reconcile all the peoples of the world. May the Graces from the font of Mercy be exceptional for all. Thank you Jesus for all You do for your wounded humanity. May more hearts truly open to your merciful Love.

There’s that 11:11!
I wanted to ask all of you to pray for my cousin Brian who is experiencing a conversion. We reconnected through face book this past fall. In Nov. I felt God put several people on my heart to pray for regularly who did not have a faith life. Brian was the only family member on that list even though most of my cousins do not practice their faith. Brian was raised Lutheran but stopped attending church after high school. He lives in San Antonio, TX and 2 weeks ago nearly missed being at the scene of a shooting. He was planning to go to his gym that Sunday evening but a couple of out of the ordinary issues came up that prevented him from going. At the time he would have been there one gym member shot and killed another member and critically wounded a second. This totally shook my cousin’s world. He kept saying on FB why was he not there, it could have happened to him. I posted that he needed to find a church to go to that next Sunday, not believing he would take that to heart. That week I heard a homily about the 10 lepers and that the one who came back had a “faith response”. I thought this applied to my cousin as most likely many people were kept from being in that bad situation but how many came back to thank God. I decided to share this with my cousin. I was so surprised when he messages me back last Friday to say that he had written me a message the day before about attending Mass but erased it because it sounded odd. He took my message as a big confirmation and last Sunday he went to Mass at the Cathedral of San Fernando. He bought a Bible after Mass, has been praying, and said he was rendered speechless when he found the Tabernacle at the Cathedral. He will be at Mass again and said that he believes it’s a matter of time before he becomes Catholic. I believe he is on his way Home. Please pray for him!!!

Peli,
I have only commented once on this blog, but I thought I would share this. The other night I had a dream that I was in a hotel room in a large city, and there were many people outside looking up at the sky. When I went out to see what was going on, I saw many people staring at the sky in wonderment. When I looked up, I saw an angel with a trumpet in the constellations. After I looked up, there was a great loud rumbling and loud noises that sounded like explosions, and then the ground began to shake violently. I began to yell at the bystanders to “repent” but everyone was running and screaming. I awoke after that.

Ann G. – you beat me to it! I was just going to comment about the 11:11 too. I don’t know what it means but it does pop up frequently. Interesting.
Regarding Our Lady of America, this I found which should give us hope. Our Lady and Our Lord will not abandoned their children and will answer their prayers:
“But in the end all will come as I desire. Those who oppose you will receive light to understand. …I will speak to them in their hearts and the Divine Spirit who makes all things clear will give them wisdom and understanding. In the end they will do as I wish. So, have patience, dear one, it will happen as I have said and those who have opposed me will become my most ardent and courageous supporters.” (Diary, Pg. 37.)
Pray, pray for our Bishops to fulfill Our Lady’s request. We see great persecution on the horizon, but God will use this to serve his purpose because the chastising of the wicked will finally awaken them from their apathy.

Yes Carole you are right. It is just that lately i have been to Masses once every few months at my mums nursing home where they are annointed as well. i meant to go to those too if you can.
i am so grateful because we managed to get mum into a Catholic home where there is Mass everyday so instead of going up the road, i often go there, a little further, but then can go in and see mum who is now living in a roll along bed.

jg’s dream made me think of the video I saw this past week of some workers outside in a stand of pines looking up at sky and trying to figure out where all the strange sounds and rubblings were coming from. Maybe it is the angels getting in place. Tonight at Mass I had the strongest sense that the reading of Nineveh was meant for us. I almost shuttered when I heard the warning, “Forty days more and Nineveh shall be destroyed”. I actually came home and counted out 40 days to see if the date had any significance.
And if this isn’t providential, I just now opened a YouTube video to paste the link to it here and it inadvertantly started playing. It began with the title “Sackcloth and Ashes”! I did not know this was the title!! I watched it earlier today before the Mass, and thought to share it with you all. I don’t think it is a Catholic source but the speech in it from Obama is chilling:

Ann and Siobhan, I thought of 11:11, too, when I read it this morning lol. The numbers I see the most are 11:11 and 2:22. After seeing that verse this morning, I really felt like God is telling us to pray for conversions, reminding us to say a prayer at that moment for the softening of hearts. All of creation is crying out for vengeance on the sins of man, and all of us can feel it.
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us and the whole world!
O warning, come and come soon! Our poor suffering world needs the illumination of souls!
Come quickly, Lord Jesus! We desire and need Your Kingdom!

Anne G, Brian will be my sole intention at Mass this evening. It’s utterly splendid to hear of a conversion when so many of us are watching family members go on as usual!
Jean, I had exactly the same feeling as I heard the readings at Mass, as if they had been written yesterday to be read today for us, at this very time.
This week I opened the Bible at random for a verse to meditate on while resting and found Hosea 9. There was practically nothing that wasn’t a sober warning, but these verses leapt out at me: (7) The days of punishment are coming, the days of reckoning are at hand. Let Israel know this. Because your sins are so many and your hostility so great, the prophet is considered a fool, the inspired man a maniac. (8) The prophet, along with my God, is the watchman over Ephraim, yet snares await him on all his paths, and hostility in the house of his God.’
There cannot be much time left. O God, have mercy, and mitigate the judgement! Jesus, I trust in You.

I had that same feeling about the prophetic nature of the Mass readings today as well. I was praying that the Lord would send someone to walk through San Francisco, California and call them to repentence. I was reminded right then that 50,000 people did walk in/through that city yesterday at the Walk for Life West Coast.
Then I changed my prayer that the people of San Francisco would be like the people of Nineveh and repent and convert.
And that was just the first reading!
When the lector read the second reading….I sat bolt upright.
A trumpet warning could not have been clearer! I was amazed.
And then the Gospel. We too must drop everything we are doing and follow Him.
Blessings to all.

Yes reconcile with GOd, go to confession and please soften the hearts of all around us so they too will be open to reconciliation with GOd and each other. May graces be abundantly poured down for all so reconciliation occurs amongst all.

Ann, the story about your cousins conversion brought tears to my eyes, and rejoicing in my heart. Thank you for sharing, and know that I will keep Brian in my prayers. Amazing how the Lord uses terrible situations to get our attention. A family member had away from the church for years, and we’ve been praying for her. Her daughter was diagnosed with breast cancer (and is now in remission) it was a fearful time for us with the diagnosis, but it turned her back to God.

I wanted to share what our priest said at Mass today. After he read the Gospel, he humbly compared himself to the prophet Jonah and said there was nothing he could say that was as effective as what Jonah had said. He then asked everyone who was 39 years or younger to stand up. He walked around the church, counting every 8th person. Then he asked them to come to the front of the church (about 20 people of all ages 2 to 39). He asked the remaining to stay standing. He then said it was 39 years ago that a decision was made… Roe vs Wade. The statistics are that 1 out of every 8th person (statistically speaking) has been aborted since 1973. He then had us look at those chosen in front of the church, and inferred they were the 1 out of 8 that would have been aborted according to statistics. He reminded us that we all need to do something whether its prayer, writing to congress… It was a profound homily. When he completed, there was a moment of silence, then everyone began to clap. I don’t know that I can do justice to his homily. Correlate his homily to the readings, and it was an urgent call to action/prayer. Thank God for this priest!

When I looked at the Mass readings in preparation for Mass, the phrase from St Paul’s letter jumped right out at me: “The time is growing short.” That, and the other readings all seemed like a confirmation of these words from the Lord.
The theme of reconciliation is something that I’ve been thinking of lately too. Everything seems to be converging in the same direction.
If I may ask, please pray for the repose of the soul of my cousin Eileen who died yesterday after being diagnosed with leukemia just about two months ago. Thank you.

Sr. Lorraine, I have commented before that the official readings at Mass seem so much in sync with where we are as a Church and a world. I was speaking with my wife and children over lunch about the times we live in, and at Mass how the readings jumped out! I looked at my wife after the second reading (second reading http://www.ewtn.com/vbible/search.asp?abbr=_1Cor&ch=7&bv1=29&ev1=31) and asked her if she heard that…she nodded.
Our Church is the Church JESUS left on earth with full authority; to bind and release things on earth and in Heaven. I believe it is no coincidence (we can’t believe in coincidences of course) that the GOOD LORD is fulfilling HIS times in sync with HIS Church and its seasons…Lent approaches…
The reading for this message is Jeremiah 11:11 and as the 11:11 was pointed out by Ann G I earnestly asked the LORD, what is this about seeing I too have this occurrence regularly. I was inspired to read Isaiah 11:11 “In that day the Lord will reach out his hand a second time to reclaim the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, from Lower Egypt, from Upper Egypt,b from Cush,c from Elam, from Babylonia,d from Hamath and from the islands of the sea.” I’m still praying for discernment…friends join me in prayer. I believe times will change soon enough, let us pray, fast and Trust in IHSEUS (JESUS).
The story of Jonah is a story of the Mercy of GOD and HIS reaching out to us even at the last moment…all we need do is repent and atone for our sins and those of the whole world. We “must not” be afraid but blindly Trust HIM and HIS Loving, Merciful Heart.
Peli we pray for your nephew’s conversion, we agree and we believe it will happen “Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven.” May our GOOD SHEPHERD deliver him as he delivered Daniel in the Lion’s den.
IHSEUS we Trust in YOU!!!!!!!

O’ my Father how I love Thee!! Please forgive me my many sins and allow my tears to be a balm to Your Adorable Heart. Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, I beg of Thee my Papa, let not even one of Your children be lost!! I offer the perfect sacrifice of Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ in atonement for my sins and the sins of the whole world!!
Ann G. – Brian is in my prayers
Peli – your nephew is in my prayers also …
I offer them up to the Immaculate Heart of Mary our Mother and through her to the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus our Savior and Lord. O Most Sacred Heart of Jesus we place all of our trust in You!!
Sr. Lorraine – I will pray for the repose of the soul of your cousin Eileen
jg – that is indeed a very powerful dream… It is like Peli has said, many dreams are a call to prayer … so I offer this: pray, pray, pray for everyone. We truly need your prayers
I keep all of you and those you love in my prayers.

This morning, I received an email from my brother about a Jewish man who wrote an article in defense of the Catholic Church and it’s contributions to society. The Jewish man was criticizing the press for attacking the Church and mischaracterizing it. He wrote about all of what the Church contributes today in society, having not even gotten into all the Church has done in the past centuries. Toward the end, he quoted from Jeremiah as shown below. I looked up this verse and was astounded when I read the entire chapter from the beginning. Just last night at the Neo-Catechumenal Way, our Catechists, who come all the way 12 hours from New York to work in teams with our community, gave calls and warnings for conversion. In my heart, these are the Jonah’s to me, and yet my heart still resists them. I pray to God to split my heart wide open so that I fall at their feet and answer the call that comes through them from God:
Jeremiah 6:1-30
“Thus says the LORD: Stand by the earliest roads, ask the pathways of old, “Which is the way to good?” and walk it; thus you will find rest for yourselves. But they said, “We will not walk it.”

Peli and family,
I do not post much on here, but felt compelled to put out there my thoughts given the comments on here about 40 days to repent etc. I know all have felt the impending imminence of the events that have been prophecied for years now. I am no prophet, I have had no visions or anything like that. I do feel a sense that things are about to ‘hit’ and that this upcoming Lent will be one for the record books. This is just my own personal thought. It is only a sense. SO I want to reittertate to pray and purify our hearts. We are all borken sinners in need of the Divine Light. Maranatha!

Am remembering you who are fasting in prayer, but easily let a day slip by, so please, keep up the reminders! The Lord Himself said we should bear one another’s burders.
I was out on the Farm again today and Pippo the Magnificent, the High Fowl among all Fowls had forgotten his last lesson about not pecking the farmer who cares for all his needs. He wasn’t successful in nailing the careful farmer, but no one wants to always be watching out for a mean turkey, so he was swiftly wrestled to a hold position.
Rebellious to the end! ‘Your love is like a morning mist, O Ephraim!’ As the farmer sat in the snow and litter with the bird still making ‘come out and fight like a fowl!’ noises, getting snow and leaves in his beak that the farmer gently wiped away but did not allow him to get up or peck…the farmer thought about stricter measures.
There was another mean turkey on the farm, called Studley. A turkey was also being raised for meat in a holding pen; Thanksgiving was his name (to help everyone remember what his end was going to be). But Studley turned out to be a poor stud bird and he was eaten instead. He was proud, mean, noisy, heavy, and the hens didn’t like him. There was more strutting than guarding and mating.
Thanksgiving, on the other hand, was treated kindly by the farmer because of his isolation and given plenty of treats (not without an ulterior motive!), but the end result was the bird bonded with the farmer. No one realized this until Thanksgiving, like Joseph, was removed from his prison to be lord over the turkey hens in a coop of his own with plenty of barnyard, and Studley became dinner. Because of the bond between the farmer and Thanksgiving, there was never a peck, never an attack, only a huffing sound that said, ‘Theses are my hens, now,’ and the farmer would say, ‘Of course. I don’t want your hens, silly bird! Just the eggs.’
Now the farmer is thinking, come Spring…maybe Pippo the Peerless, the Magnificent needs this kind of treatment, since he’s to be the new stud male. The kindly farmer kisses the ugly, warty head and lets the bird up, having prayed and waited for Pippo to realize there is one stronger than he. But will it work? Or will there have to be time in the holding pen with only the farmer for company?
I couldn’t help but think about all the impending judgement and wondering a little about how God feels about us, what He will have to do to save our immortal souls and how much He’s rather we repented. A sobering lesson from the turkey pen.
P.S. Thanksgiving is alive and well and tending hens on an adjacent farm, in case you were worried!

Peli,
Once in a while you provide a link to an old thread and this is about the only time I revisit old posts. It’s interesting to reread some of those comments though, and you can clearly see many of the discussion/thematic cycles repeating over the years (as with most blogs).
If a person had the time and patience to follow all the meditations and threads, they might find many thoughts similar to their own being expressed (and of course we often rambled all over the place too).
What I really find comforting is that no matter where we wandered in the threads, Our Good Lord always seemed to settle us down and bring us back to Simplicity: Love, Mercy, Charity, Peace, etc.
You distilled the word for the present down to “Repent!”, and I find that very fitting.
Based on The Word above (the original meditation), I feel compelled to repeat what the Apostles said in John 16:29-31: “Now you are speaking plainly and not using metaphors! Now we see that you know everything, and do not have to wait for questions to be into words; because of this we believe that you came from God.”
What really puts the exclamation point on that passage for me is this: I just flipped the Bible open for reference (prior to typing it in), and discovered that I opened randomly to that exact page.
Well, there’s two cents worth from a guy who has always loved metaphors.
On another note, I was lamenting my lack of time and organization required to get myself to Adoration lately, when my eldest suddenly asked me if I could take him to his life guarding course. It’s scheduled 3 times a week for the next 3 weeks. Where do you need to be?, I asked him. At such and such facility. Hmmm. Two blocks away from the Adoration Chapel at my Church.
Praise God! If you let Him, I guarantee that He will immediately eliminate the clutter and distractions so you can quickly get to His interests. If you’re still wondering what to do, go back to the top of this thread and follow Jesus’ Words to the letter. God bless you all.
Jesus, we trust in You!

Okay, so this sounds urgent!
Still not sure about the site, but one thing is for sure: if the warning happens tomorrow, I’m really going to feel stupid for not at least praying harder for conversions/those who will pass away during the warning. As soon as my little one is asleep tonight, I’ll take some time to beg for souls and hope that’s enough for that moment.

Nancy, thank you so much for that link! It is good to see the recognition in the Church of the Neo-Catechumenal Way, as this itinerary has contributed so much to my spiritual growth in the last 7 or 8 years. I’m truly blessed by it.

Reconcile yourselves with God and neighbour. So a person can go to the Lord in confession if Catholic, ask forgiveness and He forgives and one is reconciled. One can ask forgiveness and forgive another……….but the other may not have any such desire to do the same. So regarding neighbour, one can only do ones own part and be at peace but the other has free will. so no reconciliation really because that would take two. Just some thoughts.
May all hearts be softened towards the Lord and each other.

Jean i read the post. i do not know what to make of it but in my own heart i do believe time for praying, fasting, repenting cannot go on forever. We are in a shocking heatwave at present. i just rested with the Lord and said i feel so tired. How must He feel of asking for souls to turn back to Him!! As we were told in the last message of Pels, for years prayer and fasting has been asked of for each one. But have we truly listened and acted?
Jesus is just waiting for all to turn back to Him, live in His Divine Will. Mankind is just so stubborn.
Repent! that says it all. No discussion, just simply admit guilt, run to Jesus and ask Him for His help. Please may the grace be given to all of mankind to repent now!

Into the Divine Will I place this prayer:
Our Father, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Mary, Joseph, we love YOU. Save souls…
Draw back all souls, especially those who have so greatly distanced themselves from their creator. Save the souls you so desire for heaven! Bring home all of the prodigals YOU so dearly love. May the souls who have been the greatest sinners become the greatest champions for Our Lord.

Today is the Feast Day of St. Francis de Sales, (d. 1622). This is his ‘Prayer to Mary’:
Most Holy Mary Virgin Mother of God,
I am unworthy to be your servant.
Yet moved by your motherly care for me
and longing to serve you,
I choose you this day to be my Queen,
my Advocate, and my Mother.
I firmly resolve ever
to be devoted to you
and to do what I can to encourage others
to be devoted to you.
My loving Mother,
through the Precious Blood of your Son shed for me,
I beg you to receive me
as your servant forever.
Help me in my actions
and beg for me the grace
never by thought, word, or deed
to be displeasing in your sight
and that of your most holy Son.
Remember me, dearest Mother,
and do not abandon me at the hour of death.
For those of you who love to go ‘to Jesus through Mary’ the following website offers a prayer, poem, reflection, historical fact relating to Mary each day – well worth subscribing to (it’s free) at: http://www.mariedenazareth.com/

Edith,
Ned Dougherty has an eye opening book called, Fast Lane to Heaven. He had multiple near-death experiences, where many things were revealed to him by God. As you know, he still receives messages today which are posted around the 2nd of the Month at http://www.endtimesdaily.com/ .
He grew up in my area in Northeast Pennsylvania, in Hazelton. Ned mentions that the mountains of PA would be a safe area in the events of the future. If you get a chance, check out his book.
I always pray for discernment, but Trust in Jesus first- we must get ready physically & spiritually now!!! Jesus, we trust in you!

Okay, I think I give up.
I think I’m finished evangelizing and trying to tell friends and family about upcoming events like chastisements, the warning, et cetera. They’re on their own. All I can do is pray for them from a distance. I don’t even get eye contact from some people anymore. They just let me talk, stay completely silent and then change the subject when they’re sure I’ve stopped speaking. Makes me feel like an idiot. In one way, it’s fine because Jesus said we would be treated this way for His sake, but it still really hurts.
It isn’t even just the religious talk. Sometimes, when I find something really nice or humorous online I’d like to share, I’ll send it to a few people. Used to get a happy e-mail back, but no one ever responds to me anymore. Even some texts get ignored.
I’m thinking maybe I should be living more of a Carmelite life. Little to no contact with others, lots of prayer and seclusion. I might be able to do more good that way, in secret. What do you guys think?
Lord, I lay everything I have in my heart and physically at the foot of Your cross. Do with it whatever You deem best. I have no idea of anything anymore. Everything is changing, unraveling.

As a follow-up to MP’s idea that we, as a group, go to Adoration regularly…
http://www.ncregister.com/site/article%20/adoration-fights-abortion/
And Blessed Mother Theresa said that abortion was the mother of nuclear war. So the Church can be renewed, abortion minimized-and eventually eliminated, and nuclear arms removed from the planet with this awesome practice of Adoration of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ.
Perhaps we could increase our Adoration time by taking advantage of online Adoration more regularly also:
Thank you, Noel, and Terry, for you prayers…

June1 to everything there is a season, right? We need to speak in God’s timing and allow God to be in charge of the results. Our words MAY on a good day at the right time change someone’s mind, but it is our PRAYERS and SACRIFICES that work to change people’s hearts–and it is hearts that God is after.
We have to make Christianity irresistible. Live lives that are beyond reproach and filled with joy in all cirucumstances. Then when people come and ask us the reason for our hope, we will have something to tell them–the Good News.

MT according to this site Mother Teresa did not say that. There is a list of quotes on that page that have been attributed to her, but that were not her words. Good to know. And still good to pray for that intention.
Here is what she did say (see it on this page): “…The greatest destroyer of peace today is abortion, because it is a war against the child, a direct killing of the innocent child, murder by the mother herself… the greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion.”

pelianito,
I pray for your family member who is in trouble with the law. As I deal with imates on a daily basis, I would recommend sending them some spiritual readings and a letter or letters while they are incarcerated. These can be powerful motivators for change…of course prayer also helps immensly. Even when I worked on death row with the most depraved men I could see the spark of God in each individual. I am sure your nephew will be fine in the long run…conversion is a lifelong process and God will guide his footsteps even if your nephew happens to mistep.

MT, glad to hear someone else is struggling with both the management and theology of animal raising! God gave us an awesome responsibility in being stewards of His creation and sometimes it sure is harder than it looks. Hope your mini-lop recovers well.
June1, I’ve gone back and forth on this topic myself. OK, be quiet, and hope they ask. Wait! Ezekiel says if the watchman doesn’t warn, God will require their blood of the watchman…better be safe than sorry, better speak.
I think one of the most common ways Christians get beat up in evangelism is when people find fault with his/her personality and therefore feel justified in rejecting the message. The messenger goes away thinking they’d better just keep quiet, or one day, when there’s real perfection, they might speak. Of course, that will be never. Much of modern culture believes that any kind of Christian witness is an offense.
There is a perfect time, when the Holy Spirit is in it, but that does not mean the person will fall on their knees and accept Christ as Lord. Some people are not going to accept the message once they understand what it requires regardless of who the messenger is. Even Jesus wasn’t listened to a good deal of the time and He was perfect. The parable of the sower shows only 25% of the seed grew and produced ’30, 60 and 100 fold’ fruit. That’s one out of four people hearing the Gospel and actually living it.
June 1, how about this? It sounds like your family and circle of friends has heard as much truth as you can give them, so, perhaps it should be like inviting someone to your house for dinner. You can make some invitations. You have faithfully asked. If they say ‘no’, you can try again, or ask if they are sure they can’t come, but after that you wouldn’t keep trying to force them. They’ve chosen. Another opportunity may come up, and I’m sure you’ll be on the watch for it.

Millions and millions will die. The culture of death has brought this on and we are truly being asked to pray for conversions NOW. Something else that is a heavy responsibility: giving advice. Yikes!
Oh well, we just have to trust in the Good Lord who is fully aware of what kind of wiring He outfitted us with.
June1, I know your pain, but as soon as others here express their own trials and pains, I usually forget mine right away. It’s family after all. With regard to how our evangelizing is received, I just don’t trust my own judgment. Who knows what wonders Our Lord works with our little efforts and perceived failures. Wonders beyond our reckoning, no doubt.
Did you ever treat someone poorly then agonize over it for hours? Days, months, years?… but you finally made a change for the better? I bet there’s a great deal of that going on right now and I suggest that having tried your best for Our Lord, He wouldn’t repay that kindness with the same kind of behavior as your audience. Something good will come out of it. Just keep praying in the meantime, getting ready for the next opportunity when it presents itself.
Concerning the earlier farm talk, I have to say that I’ve learned a great deal from N’s turkey, Pippo. I have such a vivid picture of him in my mind that I just prefer the simple moniker: Pippo. I might even adopt that as a new word in my vocabulary to describe certain people. Pippo! Our Good Lord can take something like an ornery fowl and teach us a wealth of lessons that help get us to Heaven. Imagine!
What can I make of that? It’s all God’s Grace.
Earlier I had the chance to go to Adoration. When I sat down, someone was in the adjoining room practicing on the piano. The first song was “Amazing Grace”, the second was “Here Comes the Bride”. Normally it’s absolutely quiet in the Adoration Chapel, but that unexpected music softened me from overly serious and tense to trusting and joyful.
It’s very tough on everyone right now, but let’s also try to keep our ‘eyes’ open for all the joy that God is sending our way. I think we may be missing quite a bit of it.
Jesus, we trust in You!

Noel, you’re right. There’s only so much I can do before people start complaining I’m trying to shove things down their throat (both my husband and mom keep saying, not everyone shares your beliefs; I know that, obviously, but I still feel an obligation to give a heads-up so people at least think to themselves, I’ve heard this before and I think I know what’s happening). I just worry that God will hold me accountable for certain souls lost. I don’t want Him to tell me I didn’t try hard enough.
I think I’ll be taking your advice. I’ll be quiet on the outside but praying furiously on the inside. But if an opportunity does come up where someone asks or hints at wanting to know something, I’ll approach cautiously.

Thanks be to God! We’re receiving much-needed rain in Texas!
However, around 4 am where I am, the wind started this morning. I was in a metal stable with pregnant horses, as I deliver horse babies at a place-this time of year (in the middle of the night).
I blessed the stalls, horses, doors and walls with Holy Water. Prayed the Prayer or Blessing Against Storms. Also, Peli’s Prayers of Protection I copied from this site.
God love them, they all had their heads out of their stalls-they were all looking to me, as the wind was powerful and relentless! The heat dissipaters were spinning fast! Rain. Thunder. It was LOUD.
I sang the Divine Mercy to them and fed them carrots. When the men arrived for the day, I asked-then blessed them with Holy Water. One hugged me.
Damage was all around. Tornadoes & suspected tornadoes and straight line winds.
The place was spared-they said there was a lot of tree damage & 1 fence.
All Praise and Glory-to You, Lord Jesus Christ!
Peace Be With You.

Last night i realized how so much is collapsing around us in an international level and national level. Then i related it to a personal level and saw the same. our little kingdom of human will is collapsing and we are being asked to surrender everything to the Lord. Allow Him to take over, let it collapse so He can rebuild HIS Kingdom within. I realized the value of fasting more. it is self denial, the kingdom of self is leveled and the soul is open to more of sacrificial love. the world is self whereas following Jesus and His Kingdom is a world of sacrificial love.
Really every single soul on earth has the same journey. From self love to sacrificial love. the sooner we are able to let go and surrender the better.
Come Holy Spirit Come and renew the face of the earth. Prepare all souls for the coming of the KINGDOM of GOD.
The Kingdom of the world is well and truly collapsing at all levels.

The bottom line is, we are all being taught about LOVE , real Love, sacrificial Love, not the false Love the world talks of. i have been given a wonderful daily group of meditations from a Divine Will Group
Day 26 Love can stop wars and heal wounds between people and nations because where there is love there is forgiveness and where there is love there is caring for each other and where there is love, selfishness does not exist nor the desire for power or control, but only love is the desire to help: the desire to serve and love is what He desires above all else.
love is His Plan for the new earth after the trial. Love is His Will and His WIll will be done and the earth will be delivered from all evil beacuse love will vanquish it. Love is the key, loveis the focus. put all your effort of your life into love love Him and love souls.
Tomorrow will be taken care of as will the future. You are in His hands and He loves you so peace, peace. Make peace the priority and then He can have full reign.
With love all things are possible, for He is Love. that is why love is the common denominator, for all members of His Body have love as the basic strength of their being and when members of His Body love together then great things can be accomplished. Love makes it happen, for love is harmony among His Brothers and Sisters. Heneeds that community to unite under the banner of love, love for Him and love for souls. All together with love great things are possible. Love is the goal.
How many souls could besave, how many sols could be given to God if the communigty can unite for love of god and love souls? With this unity a mountanin of love can beformed in your area with all His Family. Why now? Because time is short and souls will be lost? So unite, His Children.

Jesus is looking for little ones in whom He can pour His Love and for the little ones to take His Love and return it. He simply wants to share His Love and pour it into all of His creation. it is only by the grace of God that we realize this and respond. Praise You Jesus. Jesus please pour Your Love into all those who are open to You and Your Grace. Make them true channels of Your Love for all of the world.

June 1,
I find myself in the same boat with regard to some family members. We can only ask the Holy Spirit to guide us in each endeavor and then trust. There have been times when I wanted to share something and then sensed that I should not do so. At other times, I know I should share. I rarely get responses to such sharing and even my sister confided to me that she didn’t understand why I continued to share with these family members from time to time….UNTIL she heard our pastor give a homily on how we are called to evangelize our own families. My sister’s sharing of this insight was a wonderful encouragement to me at a time when I could easily have written what you have above. The most important thing is to continue to pray for them, ask for the gift of discernment about what and how we share, and stay on the path of personal holiness. LOVING them is the best sharing of all and God WILL use that in the end. I know that God uses this….because my own Mother did the same with me when I was away from God and from the Church. Even to this day, there are little things that I remember that she told me…that I absolutely did not want to accept at that time and those very things are now some of the most meaningful to me.
For everyone,
There are several new messages for your discernment here: http://www.locutions.org

I had a dream last night that I feel is significant enough to share with everyone. Normally I do not pay much attention to dreams, as they tend to be wacky at times. Nevertheless, this one I feel had a message that spiritually prompts me to share.
I was dreaming I was at work and it was lunchtime around noon. I was outside walking by some stores and it was a beautiful sunny day where you did not see a cloud in sight. As I was walking, I noticed the day was starting to turn grey like it was going to rain. I was telling myself “I do not have an umbrella so I have to rush back to work”. As I am walking back to my job, all of a sudden it turned black as night almost like someone flicked a switch and it was nighttime. It astonished me for a minute because about a few minutes ago it was sunny and bright. I started to walk faster to get back to work, as it seemed a storm was coming. Then there was an explosion in the sky like fire and people started running frantically not knowing what was going on. Then I looked up in the sky and I saw the stars, moon, and the sun moving around almost like they were dancing in the sky. I immediately kneeled down and started praying realizing that this might be “The Warning” that so many Saints and our Blessed Mother talked about. Then I heard people asking what is going on what is happening? I told one woman that it was an act of mercy from God and that we are going to see our souls the way God sees them. I told her repent, repent. Then it got silent and as I prayed and looked around, I saw people on the floor with their eyes closed as though they were seeing something that was making them suffer. I heard a voice like thunder say, “I am the Almighty Father”. I then got up and started telling people repent repent God is giving us a chance to repent. Then an old disheveled man came up to me and said “This is a trick this is not from God … God does not exist! Don’t’ pay any attention to what is happening”. He then laughed, looked at me and kept walking. I kept trying to tell people repent, repent and woke up saying these words. In this dream I was not afraid and had courage to talk to everyone. I am a timid person but realize that maybe God wants me to help to evangelize in the new era. This dream has truly impacted me spiritually.

Dawn in TX – I used to live in your state and still have a place in my heart for it. Have been praying for rain there and have been blessed to see the Drought Monitor not looking as ominous, but there’s a long way to go. Well I know how a dry spell is often broken by violent weather, and those metal roofs make an incredible din if you have them!
I was very much moved by your story. I want to add my testimony to encourage everyone to pray, pray at a time of crisis, especially as the weather gets more unpredictable, because if is often the time of great miracles. One time I was on my knees praying the DVM Chaplet because my husband and a couple of his employees were outside talking about how bad it was, and that a violent cell was coming our way. One’s car had been smashed by the hail on the way to our place.
The storm stopped about a mile from our farm. We missed the hail and damage, O thank You, Jesus! It was His mercy, and His alone. Hail like that would have wiped out our gardens. Today, each time I look out the window, I see where the Lord answered prayer, not only in keeping us safe in the very bad Halloween storm we got last year, but in providing young men to cut down the hanging limbs, a danger almost as bad. I see the neat cuts and it reminds me of the answered prayers.
Domesticated animals depend on us for everything, including assurance when scary things are happening. Maybe you have the same feeling of humility when you’re reassuring an animal but aren’t really sure yourself how it’s going to come out? Even the lowly birds, who don’t really have very big brains, can sense emotions and tones of voice. One winter before we got our real coops I had birds in a shed that flooded. I discovered the problem by accident and went in to find the poor chickens trying to move up, somehow, to ‘higher ground’ calling with their little sounds of unhappiness and beginning panic. Just having me there speaking quietly while I frantically dug a ditch soothed them. We humans can do so much for good or for evil.
I asked our priest one day if a lay person could bless anything. He immediately replied, ‘I can deputize you to bless things, but only on your Farm,’ and he launched into a prayer. I was surprised and delighted. It makes a difference, such a difference, that little sign of the cross and a prayer. Both the visible and invisible world know something has happened.
May the Lord continue to bring TX back from the drought. Hear the prayers of your faithful people, Lord.
May the Lord also help you, June1, as you discern when to speak and when to be silent. Giving advice IS perilous, but sometimes it’s just good to know that other people are or have been in the same place. We’re none of us experts, just trying to obey the light we have.
Anne, I’ve been trying to witness to a sister for many years and finally it came clear that her big hurdle is not the issues she presents, like hypocrisy in the church or theologies, it’s the fear of giving up control in self-surrender. Other religions are more palatable because they offer power, or some control, but Jesus is relentless in demanding ALL. Pushing us to the wall, and as you rightly say, the sooner we give in, the better, but so often it’s like Jacob, wrestling with God until his hip is put out of joint and he limps for the rest of his life. Better to limp with God than stride into Hell, but how human it is to have to give in than graciously hand it all over! Especially when we have no idea what He’s doing and nothing we do seems to make a difference.
Peli, You’re in my prayers.

MT, if anything i can share is of any use it is all because of Jesus. I truly mean that. i am utterly dependent on Him for everything, absolutly everything. i know i am being so stripped and purified because it is needed, so much “stuff” to cleanse.
I truly believe all the little ones are being prepared for the Era of Love. So much has to go. We have NO IDEA of what is to come. All i know is that so much has to be done by Jesus and is being done and it is going to be way beyond what we could ever imagine.
i remember reading Marthe Robin years ago and she made the comment that we are close to a big transition and we either get there by the way of Love OR by chastisement. sadly the world just wont listen so the second way looks like it.
I just fell upon the new locutions of http://www.locutions.org last night. They are so strong. Lord pour down such huge graces of Mercy in this serious hour, Please.
i read various comments about trying to inform others of the need for prayer, refocus etc. i have realized so much that so many ears and eyes refuse to open. I ACHE for the Illumination to lift the blindness and deafness. I believe that we are now down to prayer and waiting on the Lord to give everyone a chance to hear and see.
Come Holy Spirit and fill this entire world with YOUR LIGHT so all may quickly come to know the TRUTH and follow it by free will.

I mentioned to a beloved priest I know that I had been having more dreams of that sort, as well, and that I really wanted him as a spiritual adviser and an “interpreter” of what the Lord is trying to tell me. He e-mailed me right back!
Incidentally, I have been woken up at 3:00 A.M. THREE times this week. That has never happened before. Normally, those calls to prayer happen to me maybe once a month. I try to start the DMC but conk out after a sentence, so I finish it in the car on the way to work. There is definite urgency now, family.

yes, so many dreams. preparation. Noel, thank you for your words on surrender. they really hit me………pushing us to the wall, fear. Oh my goodness, spot on!!!
Pel and all about to go to Mass and will take you all. We are in an horrendous heatwave at present. Yesterday was Australia Day and tradition to have large fireworks over the city at night. WELL at the same time there was a nature show from GOD. AMAZING lightening amongst the fireworks. i am amazed they went ahead with it. i sensed a message there. I AM GOD. I AM HERE. WATCH and SEE.
THe interesting thing is this lightening and storm has threatened, then left, threatened and then left for several days in this heat. Never come to exactly the time of the show.!!!

Family, I am asking for all of your precious prayers, please. My mother-in-law went to the doctor, and he told her has a mass on her breast. She goes in Monday for an ultrasound and mammogram. Please pray for a miracle, that it will go away. Her husband is having a hard time with it. Please pry for the family as well. Tjank you, all!

Dawn in Texas: Wonderful testimony! Very uplifting … thank you for sharing your story
Noel … lovely testimony also! I did not know one had to be ‘deputized’ so to speak in order to bless things/people/situations. I have blessed, spiritually cleansed, consecrated my home, family, loved ones, etc., in prayer and with holy water, blessed salt and holy oil. I do it frequently, so I am curious; does it lend more grace if we are sanctioned to do so by a priest?. Am I wrong to do this? Anyone have any answers?

let me also add, I do not use the sacramentals and blessings as a priest would, but rather what I have read, been told, and understand lay people are allowed to do. But again, I have not received a formal blessing to do this other than my baptism

I am very chatty today, forgive me
I found this prayer on “Catholic Prayers for Reparation and the Conversion of Sinners for all” facebook page. It made me think of the Mark of God and I thought some might like to pray it:
A PRAYER TO REPRODUCE THE IMAGE OF GOD IN OUR SOULS:
I salute You, I adore You and I love You, adorable Face of my beloved Jesus, as the noble stamp of the Divinity! Completely surrendering my soul to You, I most humbly beg You to stamp this seal upon us all, so that the image of God may once more be reproduced by its imprint in our souls. Amen. (This prayer was revealed to St Mary of St Peter, who was told by Our Lord that the image of His Holy Face is like a stamp which imprints the image of God upon our souls.)

Good news to share!

The singer is saying,
‘O, Lord, my Love, you stand before me, now,
New-risen from the dead,
Resplendent, alive! Alive…
Your scent is all of myrrh, (video ends here, but poem goes on)
Your face and hands are clean and pure
which lately I saw caked with blood.
O, Lord, my Love, come near and let me kiss
Your hands made straight again,
All well except these scars! These scars…
These witnesses to love
That endless ages long
You wear for me.’

LauraLee, as I understand it, any of us can ask God to bless our home or our family, etc. But a priest is authorized to do it in the person of Christ. He can say “I bless you…” We need to bless in the name of Jesus. So at the end of mass the priest says, “I bless you in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” But if it is a lay minister he would say, “May God bless us in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.” As for deputizing, this is the first time I have ever heard of it.

just to share. This morning i realized how we must ask the Lord to empty all of our hearts of self love. Only He can truly empty our hearts of selfishness, negativity, sinfulness and open wide the space for the True Love, the Love poured in from the Holy Spirit. Ask the Lord to do so, to empty our hearts ready for the infilling of the truly free love of the Holy Spirit, the abundant and life giving Love of the Holy Spirit.
Our world does not really know this TRUE LOVe, it is so immersed in the other. Fear, rapid changes, confusion has turned us all in to self preservation not into really sacrificial giving love.
Open wide your hearts to Christ, those words of John Paul 2 have always been my favourite. They are simple but so true.
Pray today that the Lord open all our hearts, ALL hearts of the world ready to recieve the fire of the Holy Spirit. Come Holy Spirit come and renew the face of the earth. Pour out Your abundant Love into our hearts.
Lord give us the expectant hearts of little ones. i do believe we should be praying a lot more in this way. ANd of course praying that All will turn back to God, convert their hearts to HIS WAY, His PATH of True Sacrificial Love.

Forgot to add that this being cleansed and then opened to the Holy Spirit really is the formation of the new little, poorer but stronger Church that the Pope spoke of years ago. i am sure you will agree that we are going through that process very much so now. Being formed. a painful, cleansing, testing process. BUT what a gift if one perserveres. Please Dear Lord pour out Your graces on all of us here NOW. New hearts, new minds, new souls. All renewed in You and True Love. All united as one in YOU. The family of God is being asked to surrender so all can be restored and reunited as a family again.

Noel, the lyrics are so beautiful. I went to the bottom of the youtube video to read “more” and saw the credits as well as the lyrics for the other songs. How wonderful they are! God bless you for your accomplishments in sacred music. I loved the words to this song also:
‘The Decision’ ‘A Vision of Conversion’
“Visit, Lord, my longing heart
That makes for Thee
A manger place.
Not of gold,
Nor moon distilled,
Pure, silver’s shine;
A simple nest of wood for thine
Expensive grace.
So long!
Your vivid claims
Like lightning pierced my soul:
Now come,
Come, and make this dark cold heart
A living altar,
And me,
Flames.”
I guess more than anything else in my busy little life I have been feeling more and more longing to see His Face and deeper than ever before how very unworthy I am, how poor my prayers. Yet He is ever my Abba, my loving Father, and Jesus and Mary make up for all all my poverty. How they love a hollow heart that they may fill it with their own flames of love.

‘Fear, rapid changes, confusion has turned us all in to self preservation not into really sacrificial giving love.’ Anne, this is so true. Don’t I recall a Papal prophesy about the smaller, purified church, too?
Thanks for the clarification on blessing things, Peli. Of course one would not use the priestly formula.

Does anyone know who the locutionist is on this site and if it is true? The home page mentions Monsignor Esseff.
Thank you.

Patty, I e-mailed Monsignor Esseff a few weeks ago asking if this site was really his and why did the messages stop last October. He replied a few weeks later and said he believes they are authentic and that he has been busy with retreats and that he will be publishing more…and in the last week another month’s worth were published. I did not ask Monsignor Esseff the locutionst’s identity. I hope this helps.

Thanks for your comment, Kathy A-E, it’s good to see you on the blog again. To see His Face: vultam tuuam requiram! My heart’s desire, also.
The words were written by the same artist as the music. It just goes to show that the Holy Spirit can use any miserable sinner!
