Dream 1: I saw a branch in a tree and the branch was full of bird nests. The branch also housed some owls. I could see the branch start to break off the tree. It fell to the ground and the birds scattered. I counted five owls that flew away. The nests were destroyed. In prayer I discerned that the branch symbolized a coming schism in the Church. However it would not last long as the schismatic “bishops” would fly away. In cutting itself off from the tree, the branch would be destroyed.

John 15: 5-6 “I am the vine, you are the branches. Whoever remains in me and I in him will bear much fruit, because without me you can do nothing. Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned.

Dream 2: I was in a strange house and felt uneasy. I looked outside and there was a white lion prowling and watching me. I sensed evil intent. As I explored the house I felt led to sprinkle blessed salt around. When I came to the basement, I saw two little creatures. I sprinkled salt on one of them and it was incapacitated, but I was not quick enough and the second one bit me on the hand. I feel the lion represents the evil one, and the creatures his minions. They are all around and we must be vigilant.

1 Peter 5:8-9 Be sober and vigilant. Your opponent the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion looking for (someone) to devour. Resist him, steadfast in faith.

Dream: Last night I dreamed that the sandstorm forecast in my dream of May 14, hit with full force. It was unbelievable! I could see nothing but brown outside. I was not afraid, but calmly closed windows to keep out the grit. Upon waking I asked the Lord for the meaning and he reminded me that severe dust storms are symbolic of economic hardship, as in the Dirty Thirties. I asked for a Scripture passage and he led me to the following:

Nehemiah 13:12-13 All Judah once more brought in the tithes of grain, wine, and oil to the storerooms; and in charge of the storerooms I appointed the priest Shelemiah, Zadok the scribe, and Pedaiah, one of the Levites, together with Hanan, son of Zaccur, son of Mattaniah, as their assistant; for these men were held to be trustworthy. It was their duty to make the distribution to their brethren.

“Beloved, the time of hardship is upon you. You do not know what hardship can do, even to good people. You must pray for yourself and for all, that in dire times you will remain filled with hope and charity. Prayer is key. There will come a time when you will feel called to move on. This model I gave to Nehemiah is the model I give for your time. There must be no hoarding, but hold all things in common with the brothers and sisters I assemble. Keep to the prayers. Distribute according to need. Let there be no jealousy or wrangling, but a spirit of peace and fidelity. The Holy Spirit will be with you in this time, in a new and powerful way. Do not be afraid, for I am near.”

Jesus, lead us! Holy Spirit, keep us faithful to your holy will. Guide us and give us all the gifts we need to live the truth in love. Send forth your Spirit, O Lord, and renew the face of the earth. Amen.

Dream: Principle people in the dream were me and two of my friends, both people of deep faith. A man that I know who is educated and in a position of authority in the Catholic Church warned us that there were two storm systems approaching. When we looked into the sky, there was a violent cold front coming from the north and a great sandstorm coming from the south. They were set to collide right above us, but since we had been warned, we felt somewhat prepared. Jesus, what does this dream mean? Please give me a Scripture passage.

Nehemiah 2:20 My answer to (the mockers) was this: “It is the God of heaven who will grant us success. We, his servants, shall set about the rebuilding; but for you there is to be neither share nor claim nor memorial in Jerusalem.”

“My beloved, you have no idea and cannot imagine what is coming. But I have sent many messengers to prepare my faithful. Those who place their trust in me, I will guard and protect. They will see miracles. And if they are asked to suffer, they will know the consolation of the Gloriana. Love will visit them and make all things sweet. But those who mock the chosen ones of God will know neither peace nor comfort. My child, for them it would have been better not to have been born. My child, cling to me in love and trust. Do not be afraid, for you have chosen the better part and it will not be taken from you.”

Jesus, beloved merciful Savior, I give you thanks and praise for your care, preparations, warnings, and for all you do give and will give those who suffer for their faith. Lord grant all of us true strength of faith, including all those we are praying for with trust in your mercy, that all we do and endure will give you glory and win souls for the kingdom. Amen.

Psalm 102: 16 The nations shall revere your name, LORD, all the kings of the earth, your glory.

Dream: I saw three dice, each displaying the number six— 666! Lord, what does this dream mean?

“My beloved child, events are now in motion that cannot be stopped. You have noticed the strength of the evil one, his increasing influence on those who are at risk through sin, weakness, or lack of access to the sacraments. Does this increase in the power of evil in the world not tell you how near is the prince of darkness? Yet his reign on earth will be cut short by the breath of my mouth. A mere breath from me will topple his entire kingdom. Child, in me you have nothing to fear. Pray, fast, and be at peace. My kingdom will come and my will shall be done on earth as in heaven. Wait for this day with joyful hope. When the day dawns, all else will vanish and fade.”

Jesus, may it be so-may your kingdom come and come quickly. Jesus I trust in you!

I very recently had the following dream:

I saw some children playing in a wading pool. Suddenly everyone became alarmed because a tiger had come and was reclining in the pool. Some children approached it, but it just lay there unconcerned. In awe and wonder, they began to pet it. In another area of the pool there was a polar bear. A group of seals approached it and began to climb on it and play with it. It was completely docile. Then I looked up and there were some people who had been given the ability to fly like angels. It was all very remarkable. When I awoke, I recalled this Scripture passage:

I feel this dream is a confirmation of the wonders we will see in the coming era of peace. The passage from Isaiah continues:

The river was extremely high and they had built a wooden footbridge across it. The water was very muddy. I started across with a group of people, including children. The bridge was barely above the water and had no sides, only a single rope to hang onto. As we started across , we saw that the middle and end of the bridge were submerged. I wanted to turn back, but the others said it was safe. I hung onto the rope, but the others did not. Soon they were floundering in the water trying to save the children, but their efforts were failing. At the last moment I reached the other side and pulled two of them to safety including a child. I’m not sure about the others, but I think some of them made it safely.

Dream 2: The next night I dreamed of the same river in Edmonton. This time I was walking with someone I know who has rejected the faith. I was telling him about the dream as we walked across the river on a wide, solid bridge made for cars. Suddenly the bridge turned off at a right angle into the little wooden bridge of my dream. I said to my companion, “The dream was true!” I felt called to choose the “narrow way”.

When I entered these dreams into my prayer journal, I said, “Speak Lord, your servant is listening. In your mercy reveal the meaning of these dreams.”

“My child, when you see these things happening* you will know that it is time to ‘hunker down”. The persecution will be upon you. The river represents the lies that will flood the earth. The wooden bridge is the church, solid now, but a time will come when it will be submerged–still there, but invisible. The rope is your faith. Hold onto it and you will be safe. Not only that, but through your prayers and love, you will be able to rescue those who may have let go of their faith. The second dream has the two of you on a wide and easy path over the turbulent waters. But a time will come when you will need to choose the narrow, hazardous way. Continue to pray and fast, my child, that your faith may not fail you.”

Lord, my God, I thank you for your care of this unworthy sinner. Lead me. Guide me. Set my feet firmly on the path that leads to you. Sweet Guardian Angel, be with me. Guide me. Amen.

The same day I wrote this in my journal, the following text was posted on Spirit Daily regarding the election of President Obama: “But there is a cloud, a spiritual darkness, that descends and vexes and rains into the river of uncertainty. Where will that river–that rising water flow? We don’t know who Obama is yet…” I felt this was a confirmation of my two dreams.

1. An open newspaper with two words in huge letters across the pages: “GET READY”. When I awoke I asked the Lord, How? “With fasting and prayer.” At Mass I asked again. “Open your heart to the poor.” Fasting, prayer and almsgiving – this is how we are called to prepare, and how we have always been called to act as Christians. These three are the antidote to the idolatry that surrounds us and will equip and assist us in unknowable ways to survive the coming time of trial. Lord have mercy. Show me what I must do. Jesus I love you. Amen.

2. I was in a house and knew it would soon be surrounded by and covered with mud. However, I felt safe knowing that there were tunnels under the house. I took all my provisions into the tunnels. There was a sense of safety and peace, not fear in this dream. I believe the house represents the church and that we are to prepare to go “underground”. The church will be covered with the mud of sin and will seem to disappear. But of course, there are the “tunnels” where the Lord will provide.

3. I saw a man walking over the edge of a cliff in the darkness. Then I saw a light brighter than the sun. As I pondered the dream upon waking, I received this scripture passage: “The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light.” I believe it refers to the illumination of conscience that has been foretold and that is likely coming very soon. Jesus in Mary, I pray for the conversion of a great many sinners through the Immaculate Heart. Amen.

This dream came just a few days before the world day of prayer for priests. I believe this is a call to offer prayers and Masses for priests, that they would all grow in holiness.

Here are two dreams I had a few months ago.

Dream: These words I heard in the night: “Give freely what you have been freely given.” I felt it was the Blessed Mother saying it. I will ponder the meaning in my heart. Blessed Mother, help me.

Dream: I dreamed I was being pursued by an alien* space ship, and later that a wolf* was after me. I prayed many, “Hail Marys” and was kept safe. The blessed Mother is my Ark of safety.

 * I believe that these were symbols of the evil one.  I do not think it a coincidence that there are a great many “alien sightings” in these evil times.  The evil one can assume any appearance and could well use the human fascination with space as an avenue of deception.
